About the Role
We are currently recruiting for a Community Support Officer to join a well-established service in Fulham, supporting tenants to sustain independent living and integrate successfully within the local community. This is a part-time, permanent opportunity, ideal for someone with experience in housing support, tenancy sustainment, or working with individuals with complex needs.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide tenancy sustainment support to help residents maintain independent living
* Act as the lead worker for tenants with complex needs
* Build strong relationships and act as the first point of contact for tenants
* Work collaboratively with external agencies and stakeholders to deliver tailored support
* Support tenants with social integration and community engagement
* Liaise with internal teams to ensure high-quality housing and support services are delivered
* Maintain accurate records, support plans, and case notes
Requirements
* Experience working within housing, homelessness, or support services
* Knowledge of tenancy sustainment and independent living support
* Experience supporting individuals with complex needs (e.g. mental health, substance misuse, etc.)
* Strong ability to build relationships and work in partnership with external agencies
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Ability to work independently and manage a small caseload effectively
