We’re working with one of the UK’s leading law firms to recruit a Private Client Solicitor to join their specialist Estate Administration team based in Sheffield.

The role sits within the post-death (estate administration) team and offers you the chance to work alongside some of the most respected practitioners in the region.
Who we’re looking for
4. Solicitor or experienced career Paralegal with probate/estate administration experience
5. Strong technical understanding of the probate process
6. Excellent file management, organisation and attention to detail
7. Client-focused and empathetic with exceptional communication skills
8. Proactive, team-oriented and able to work independently
What you’ll be doing
9. Managing your own caseload of full estate administration and probate files
10. Liaising with executors, beneficiaries, and third parties to progress matters
11. Preparing estate accounts, inheritance tax forms, and associated legal documentation
12. Supporting the wider team with knowledge sharing and collaborative working
13. Ensuring matters progress efficiently and client service standards remain high
