Key Responsibilities: Corporate Support: Provide expert legal advice on corporate matters related to commercial property. Landlord and Tenant Matters: Handle a wide range of commercial landlord and tenant issues. Portfolio Management: Assist with the management of property portfolios for various clients. Sale and Purchase of Property: Oversee transactions, including those subject to conditions such as planning. Secured Lending: Manage secured lending matters, working closely with institutional lenders. Property Financing: Advise on property portfolio financing and related transactions. Ideal Candidate Profile: The successful candidate will: Have 8-10 years PQE in Commercial Property law, with a proven track record. Be adept at building and maintaining strong client relationships. Have experience working as part of a team and mentoring junior staff members. Possess excellent client care skills and deliver high-quality service. Demonstrate initiative in business development and marketing to grow the firm's client base.
