Our customer is a global manufacturer who are growing their site and would like to add to their already successful manufacturing team. As a Production Operative, youll play a vital role in turning raw materials into finished products that meet the high-quality standards.
This is a varied role, where youll gain hands-on experience in multiple areas of production, including:
* Incoming Goods
* Laser Operations
* Machine Operations
* Stores
* Assembly and Packing
* Despatch
What skills and experience do I need?
* Basic computer literacy.
* Previous experience in production, factory, or manufacturing roles.
* Strong awareness of Health & Safety practices.
* Excellent time management skills.
* Flexibility and adaptability to work in various production areas.
How much will I be paid?£12.71 to £14.50 per hour, depending on your experience. Plus, overtime which is readily available in the week and on weekends at time and half or double time.
What hours will I need to work? You have a choice between 2 shifts. (You will NOT rotate)
Monday to Friday 6AM to 2:30PM (£12.71ph)
Monday to Wednesday (2.30pm-1am), Thursday (2.30pm-12am) (£12.71 + shift premium)
