client site visits involvedAre you an experienced 3rd Line Engineer with a solid MSP background?Do you enjoy tackling a mix of infrastructure and networking challenges?Looking for a role that keeps you hands-on, technical, and client-facing?This role could be a great fit.Join a growing and well-regarded Managed Service Provider as part of their senior engineering team. You will take ownership of escalated issues, support and guide more junior engineers, and lead on technical projects for a range of SME clients.What you will be doing:Providing 3rd line support and infrastructure troubleshootingLeading smaller client projects and rearchitecting customer networksActing as an escalation point for complex issuesInstalling, configuring, and supporting client environments across servers, networks, and cloud platformsMentoring junior engineers and ensuring quality technical deliveryAttending client sites when required (local travel)Core technical skills we are looking for:Windows Server(setup, troubleshooting, maintenance)Microsoft 365administration and supportActive Directory&Group PolicyNetwork support routers, switches, firewalls (WatchGuard experience a bonus)TCP/IP, DNS, DHCPStrong experience withremote and on-site troubleshootingComfortable working across abroad IT estate(hardware, software, cloud, networking)Experience deliveringinfrastructure projectsand identifying opportunities for improvementYou will need:Experience in a 2nd/3rd line role within an MSP environmentStrong communication skills and client-facing confidenceA methodical and calm approach under pressureFull UK driving licence and access to your own vehicleThis is a varied and rewarding role that offers technical autonomy, exposure to different technologies, and a culture that values learning and initiative.If you are ready for a new challenge where no two days are the same
