DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

* Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills by handling guest enquiries, requests, and concerns, consistently exceeding expectations.
* Collaborate closely with the Spa Manager and team members to ensure effective communication within the spa and leisure department.
* Create a welcoming atmosphere at the spa, embodying a culture of hospitality and professionalism.
* Support new team members during onboarding, helping them understand company policies, procedures, and service standards.
* Participate actively in RBH's induction program, completing modules to uphold standards and professional development.
* Maintain personal hygiene standards at all times.
1. PROFIT
* Acquire comprehensive product knowledge to promote products and services effectively.
* Adhere to sales initiatives to increase upselling opportunities.
* Maximize revenue by upselling hotel amenities, services, and food & beverage options.
2. QUALITY
* Maintain treatment rooms to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene according to company standards.
* Support team members in achieving standards related to respectful service, hygiene, and health & safety.
* Wear the correct uniform, keeping it in good condition during duty hours.
* Provide training to new spa team members on guest interaction and product knowledge.
* Address guest complaints promptly and professionally, seeking resolutions to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
* Liaise with other departments to fulfill guest requests and resolve issues, maintaining open communication.
* Proactively anticipate guest needs, offering personalized recommendations.
* Report equipment defects or damages promptly.
3. GENERAL
* Adhere to company policies, codes of conduct, and procedures with integrity and professionalism.
* Understand and follow health, hygiene, and safety protocols.
* Collaborate with colleagues across departments to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.
* Handle additional tasks as directed by the Spa Manager to meet operational needs.
* Follow the Smile Training policy deadlines to ensure health & safety.
