Polish Speaking Customer Service Agent
£24,000 / £12.73ph
Nottingham (hybrid - 2 days in the office)
Hours: Monday to Friday 8 am – 4 pm or 9 am - 5 pm
What will the role involve?
* Processing orders & entering details into the eCommerce system
* Responding to customer enquiries through email and phone
* Supporting with delivery queries, also processing returns and refunds
* Addressing complaints, concerns, and questions promptly and professionally
* Liaising with couriers
* Authorising credit notes
* Producing correspondence and confirmation via email
* Demonstrating and developing knowledge of product lines
* Other administrative or customer service tasks to support the wider teams
Who are we looking for?
* Fully fluent in Polish and English
