Previous experience with Adobe CC, Cinema 4D, Handbrake, Krita, GIMP, Resolve and Blender is required. Responsibilities: Deliver engaging and practical construction lessons tailored to individual learning needs. Support pupils through 1:1 and small group teaching, ensuring progress and skill development. Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment that promotes emotional and academic growth. Monitor and assess pupil progress, adapting strategies to meet diverse needs. Ensure health and safety standards are maintained during all practical activities. Requirements: Relevant teaching qualification or industry experience in construction. Strong understanding of SEN strategies and ability to adapt teaching methods. Excellent communication and behaviour management skills. Ability to differentiate lessons and maintain a supportive learning atmosphere. A genuine passion for helping pupils achieve their potential.
