The Role
You ll take ownership of a portfolio of B2B clients, acting as a trusted advisor while delivering high-quality, insight-led marketing strategies.
Key responsibilities include:
Building strong, long-term client relationships and acting as the main point of contact
Creating and delivering strategic marketing plans aligned to client growth objectives
Leading campaign planning across digital channels including paid, SEO, social, and automation
Presenting performance insights and KPI reports with clear recommendations
Identifying opportunities to grow accounts and increase value
Ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard
What We re Looking For
Minimum 4+ years experience in an agency Account Manager or Account Director role
Strong B2B marketing experience with a solid understanding of key digital channels
Proven track record of delivering successful marketing campaigns and strategies
Commercially aware, with the ability to spot growth opportunities
Confident communicator with excellent client-facing skills
Proactive, ambitious, and eager to develop
Bonus points for:
Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g. HubSpot, Pardot)
Exposure to CRM systems and wider MarTech
Background in B2B technology sectors
