Job Title: People Operations Associate
Location: Central London
Position Overview: Our client within Financial Services is seeking a forward-thinking professional to join its People Operations function. This role offers the chance to contribute to a high-performing, collaborative environment where operational precision and employee experience are central to the firm’s success.
As a People Operations Associate, you will be instrumental in supporting the full spectrum of employee lifecycle activities. You’ll work closely with internal teams to deliver scalable, thoughtful, and people-centric solutions that enhance the day-to-day experience of colleagues across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Employee Lifecycle Coordination: Manage and refine processes related to onboarding, internal transitions, and offboarding, ensuring consistency and care at every stage.
* Systems & Data Integrity: Maintain HR systems and ensure accurate, timely data management to support operational and strategic decision-making.
* Employee Support: Provide responsive, high-quality support across areas such as benefits, compensation, and policy interpretation.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with teams across the organization to implement process improvements and support broader people initiatives.
* Compliance & Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and uphold best practices in compliance and data protection.
* Operational Innovation: Identify and implement enhancements to workflows, documentation, and service delivery models.
About You:
* Strong organizational and analytical capabilities.
* Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
* Experience with HR systems (e.g., Workday or similar platforms) and comfort working with data.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Prior experience in HR, operations, or a related field is advantageous.
