Within this luxury five star London property, my client are looking for a highly motivated Assistant Director of Sales to join their team.

This role would ideally suit an experienced Senior Sales professional from 5 star luxury.
Role: Assistant Director of Sales - Corporate, Leisure and Events
Salary: £55-58k + Bonus + Perks
Main Responsibilities:
As a Assistant Director of Sales, you will maximise revenue opportunities in the areas of corporate, leisure and events business by driving sales leads and increasing conversions
The Assistant Director of Sales will manage a small team of: Sales Manager – Corporate & Group, Senior Events Executive and Sales & Marketing Co-ordinator. You will be reporting into the Commercial Director.
Specifically, the ADoS will perform the following tasks to the highest standards: •
* Prepare Sales Plan and Activity and action
* Develop comprehensive competitor analysis information
* Provide market and field feedback (industry trends, how to improve sales presentations, etc)
* Identify potential new business through market research, business press and referrals.
* Manage the hotel’s representation company
* Act as the key point of contact for our major corporate accounts, managing all aspects of the accounts business locally and development of new corporate business relationships
* Achieve or exceed budget set by increasing awareness in and business from corporate community
* Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients and travel agents
* Negotiate preferred rates based on anticipated room-night potential and ensuring we receive the business, by regular contact – telephone, emails, mailings and face to face meetings
* Cultivate and develop media contacts
* Manage sales teams responsible for corporate, leisure and events.
* Conduct weekly reviews of sales activity ensuring targets and objectives are met.
