Your new role
As a Cut and Crease Operator, you will play a crucial role in the production process, operating high-specification machinery to deliver precision-cut and creased materials. You will be responsible for:
* Operating Bobst 142 CER and 145 Mastercut machines to meet production specifications.
* Ensuring safe and efficient machine operation in line with health and safety standards.
* Collaborating with team members to achieve production targets and maintain high-quality output.
* Performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure optimal machine performance.
* Accurately record production data and material usage.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A minimum of 5 years' experience operating Bobst 142 CER and 145 Mastercut machines.
* A strong understanding of health and safety practices in a manufacturing setting.
* Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
* Experience with pre-make processes is advantageous.
* High attention to detail and the ability to follow technical instructions precisely.
* Physical stamina to manage manual tasks and stand for extended periods.
* Experience with embossing, debossing, and braille is highly desirable.
