What You Will Do:
* Perform detailed assessments and reviews within clients’ home environments.
* Provide expert guidance, advice, and signposting to other services for clients and their families.
* Recommend and supply both standard and bespoke specialist equipment.
* Implement minor adaptations and facilitate complex ones through Disabled Facilities Grants.
* Conduct manual handling and risk assessments to ensure safety and compliance.
* Collaborate effectively with partner organizations such as the NHS, local authorities, schools, and the Child Development Centre (CDC).
Requirements:
As an HCPC registered professional, your strong clinical reasoning and experience with children’s OT will be invaluable. Being a car driver is essential as you will be on the go, using your skills to meaningfully improve lives across Walsall.
