The position: Functional Hydration and the Gatorade brand have been identified as a strategic growth pillar for the International Beverages business. This role will execute the overall marketing and innovation agenda on Gatorade for NO, SE including localized brand strategy, platform activations, innovation management and communication (social media and classic media). Furthermore, the role will be working closely with our bottling partners on all marketing activities in close cooperation with the commercial team. The position is involved in the following countries: Norway, Sweden with additional ad hoc support for the other NE FOBO markets and is functionally part of the PepsiCo. If further opportunities arise in the new platforms space (e.g. Energy, Healthy Drinking) this role will support the Sr Marketing Manager New Platforms to evaluate and execute new propositions.


Responsibilities

* Responsible for developing local strategies and Annual Operation / Commercial Plans per market across the geography together with line Manager and Marketing Director - making decisions.
* Responsible for identifying relevant innovations together with line Manager and NE Commercial Team - making decisions.
* Responsible for the overall marketing agenda and its execution on Gatorade acoss the territory:
o Development of local brand communications strategy based on Global Brand Strategy and Marketing platforms consult & making decisions.
o Own the local market media plan & strategy: executing Media, Content and Creator strategy (incl. agency & influencer mgmt) - making decisions & execute.
o Leading asset creation & adaptation across all markets (localization) - execute.
o Oversee Partnership & Activation strategy in close collab with bottler (Global & Local) - making decisions & execute.
o Ensure In-store executions follow brand guidelines (e.g. F1 collaboration) - making decisions.
o Support bottler executions of local activations & partnerships - making decisions.
o Webpage management - execute.
o Lead market-specific Innovation & Commercialization process - making decisions.
o Budget Management: Independently lead all A&M budget management including PO creation, accruals, invoice & budget tracking as well as securing internal black swan principle - making decisions.
o Work with our bottlers securing implementing of marketing activities in close cooperation with our commercial teams - consult.


Qualifications

Essential:

* 6+ years of commercial FMCG experience in marketing roles.
* Proven experience in developing and executing brand strategies and marketing plans.
* Strong interest in consumer trends and evolving media habits.
* Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to synthesize insights from multiple data sources.
* Solid experience managing agencies across Creative, Media, PR and BTL activations.
* Ability to work independently and lead complex projects with multiple stakeholders and limited supervision.
* Fluent English.

Desired:

* Experience within the beverage category.
* Ability to translate Consumer and Shopper Insights into clear brand strategies and marketing plans.
* Good understanding of Nordic consumer culture, values and market dynamics, particularly in Norway and Sweden.
* Familiarity with the retail landscape in Norway and Sweden.
* Advanced digital and social marketing capabilities with a strong understanding of social-first brand building.
