About the Role
My client are seeking an experienced and proactive Block Property Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of RMC and freehold properties located in and around Central London. The successful candidate will bring strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to manage complex residential buildings with professionalism and autonomy.
This is a hybrid role, offering 2 days working from home per week and an industry-competitive salary of up to £50,000, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage a portfolio of RMC and freehold residential blocks, ensuring a high standard of service delivery and compliance.
2. Act as the primary point of contact for leaseholders, residents, directors, and contractors.
3. Conduct regular site inspections, preparing reports and ensuring all planned and reactive maintenance is managed effectively.
