Job Description for Pharmacist Role
Our pharmacies offer a range of frontline NHS services, including emergency prescriptions and Urgent Care. You will need to provide both NHS and Private services, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate empathy. Safety is paramount, and strong leadership skills along with the ability to work as part of a team are essential to bring out the best in others.
A typical day involves dispensing, delivering services, managing your team, and providing excellent service to patients. You will conduct contractual and enhanced services following company SOPs and GPhC guidelines.
You will report directly to the Pharmacy Practice Manager, supporting the achievement of key performance areas (KRAs), reviewing performance, and engaging colleagues to improve services.
Support is available from in-store, regional, and home office teams for clinical or service-related queries. Regular feedback, business updates, and opportunities for further accreditation are also provided.

About You
We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacist committed to healthcare excellence. The ideal candidate will be experienced, aligned with our values, and eager to make a positive impact on community health through primary care.
You’ll be:
* A fully qualified pharmacist registered with the GPhC
* Accredited to deliver NHS and private healthcare services
* Capable of providing excellent customer and patient care
* Driven and ambitious to meet business targets
* Proven leadership skills in a fast-paced environment
Applicants must possess a valid GPhC registration, proof of right to work in the UK, and relevant safeguarding qualifications. All candidates are required to undergo a DBS check and enroll in the update service, with documentation provided upon successful application.
