£30,000 - 35,000 + OTE £80,000 + Uncapped commission
An exciting opportunity has become available for a Mortgage Broker to join one of the fastest growing mortgage brokerages in the North of England. This role will involve managing applications from inception through to completion and is a fantastic opportunity to join a rapidly growing financial service provider.

The Ideal Candidate/Experience
* Competent Commercial Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker
* Passion and drive to move into the Commercial Mortgage space
* Experience with specialist Buy to Let, Refurb, and Bridging Finance
* Experience of full range of finance solutions
* Minimum 2 years’ experience mortgage advisory experience (or similar)
* Full CeMAP or equivalent (is a plus not essential)
* Strong sales and customer service background
* Interest in property investment and commercial property financing
* Problem solver with a proactive mindset
* Drive and enthusiasm
* A team player is a MUST!
* The ability to build relationships at all levels
