Part-time | 10 hours/week | 11:30am-1:30pm Mon-Fri | Term-time + INSET | BA2
Academics is looking for a dedicated Lunchtime Teaching Assistant to support students with EHCPs in a specialist school setting. The role involves supporting students during lunch, including feeding, toileting, medication, and meeting emotional, social, and physical needs.
Responsibilities
* Support students during lunch, including feeding, toileting, and assisting with medication as required.
* Meet emotional, social, and physical needs of students in a lunchtime setting.
* Work as part of a team to support individual student needs and school routines.
Requirements
* Confidence, resilience, and excellent communication skills.
* Experience in a special school is an advantage (training provided).
* Ability to support students' individual needs and work as part of a team.
