Salary: £60,000 - 65,000 per year Requirements: We require 5 years of experience in IT management or senior technical leadership. We require demonstrable experience in cyber security. Responsibilities: We lead and develop a team of four, including infrastructure, business analysis, and development specialists. We oversee a fully virtualised Windows Server 2025 environment. We manage and optimise Hyper-V virtualisation platforms. We hold full responsibility for cyber security across all sites and services. We maintain and enhance network infrastructure, including VLANs, switches, and firewalls. We deliver key IT projects such as upgrades, migrations, and integrations. We develop and enforce IT policies, governance, and best practices. We work with senior stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions. We manage third-party suppliers and provide occasional end-user support. We support reporting and data management initiatives across the business.
