What we Offer Competitive pay (based on experience) Staff meals Employee discounts A fully refurbished restaurant and kitchen The opportunity to be part of an exciting new-concept opening introducing the House of Louie A supportive team culture focused on development and high standards The chance to grow your skills and career in a company that is part of a large hospitality group with venues on all continents About the Role – you will: Welcome and engage with guests, creating a warm and professional atmosphere Provide expert knowledge of the menu, offering recommendations and upselling where appropriate Deliver flawless table service, from taking orders to ensuring accurate delivery of dishes Work closely with the reception, kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service Anticipate guest needs, handle queries, and resolve issues with professionalism About You – you will have: Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a high-end hospitality setting Experience or knowledge of Japanese cuisine is an advantage but not a necessity as full training will be provided Strong knowledge of food, wine, and cocktails (or the desire to learn quickly) A genuine passion for guest service and creating unforgettable dining experiences Excellent communication and teamwork skills A positive, proactive attitude and attention to detail
