Your key responsibilities will include: • Automation Integration: Build and integrate automation workflows using tools, scripting, and other software to minimise manual work. • AI Solutions Development: Design, develop, and deploy AI models to support intelligent automation. • Process Optimisation: Assess, design, and implement AI-driven process improvements. • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with the senior leaders to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical specifications, and deliver impactful solutions. • System Maintenance: Monitor, evaluate, and enhance the performance, scalability, and reliability of AI and automation systems. • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed system documentation and provide regular reports on project progress and system performance. To be successful in this role, you should have the following: • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in AI or automation engineering. • Proficiency with Pardot, Salesforce, Marketo, Hubspot or Klaviyo • Knowledge of language models, machine learning fundamentals, and prompt engineering. • Experience in API integration and implementing data privacy and security measures. • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset.
