A highly respected, independent estate agency with a strong presence in East London is looking for a Property Manager to oversee a thriving residential portfolio and help shape the future of their property management division.

🔑 What You'll Be Doing:

• Managing a portfolio of residential properties across Essex
• Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants
• Leading and mentoring a small team of Property Managers
• Ensuring full compliance with lettings regulations and best practices
• Overseeing tenancy renewals, maintenance issues, and contractor relationships
• Liaising closely with lettings and accounts teams to ensure smooth operations

💼 What You’ll Bring:

• Strong working knowledge of ASTs, deposit legislation, and compliance requirements
• Experience leading or mentoring team members
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• ARLA qualification preferred but not essential
