Hours: Shifts 9.00am to 5.30pm and 10am to 7pm
Were looking for a confident, motivated, and customer-focused Appointment Setterto join our clients team on a permanent basis. In this role, youll play a crucial part in generating high-quality appointments for Sales Advisers and building strong relationships with both prospective and existing customers.
What Youll Do:
* Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate qualified appointments.
* Follow up on leads from various sources including online enquiries, coupon responses, and our lead database.
* Maximise appointment conversion rates through effective communication and persuasive techniques.
* Accurately log information into our CRM and ensure brochures and materials are sent promptly.
* Meet and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by the Call Centre Manager.
