What you’ll do:
* Support the Conveyancing Team by managing files and taking ownership of tasks to ensure timely and accurate progression of matters.
* Handle routine and complex client enquiries professionally, maintaining high standards of service.
* Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and external contacts such as estate agents and solicitors.
* Draft and prepare legal documents, including completion statements, accounts, and correspondence.
* Uphold the firm’s values, demonstrating professionalism and integrity in all interactions.
