As our brands continue to grow rapidly, we’re now seeking a driven and talented Partnerships Manager to play a pivotal role in our next phase of expansion, building relationships with tourist boards, brands and LGBTQ+ businesses.
The Role
Based in Brighton, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to make a real impact within a dynamic, forward-thinking company.
We’re looking for someone who is proactive, commercially astute and excited by the prospect of building something influential. This role offers a high degree of autonomy, so you’ll need to bring energy, initiative, and a genuine enthusiasm for driving results.
You will be responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships with Tourist Boards, Airlines, Hotels and brands across the globe, building strong relationships, identifying new opportunities, and driving collaboration across various stakeholders. As Partnership Manager you will play a crucial role in expanding our network and ensuring the success of our partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
* Strategy development, budget management and maximising revenue
* Creating new opportunities and partnerships
* Campaign delivery, reporting, monitoring
* Nurturing partnerships and increasing repeat campaigns
* Drive all aspects of the partner relationship including business development, enablement, partner marketing and solution development
* Scope, identify and prioritise target partners based on market insights
* Present and promote the brands value proposition and capabilities as a WIN-WIN to partners
* Manage all relationship interlocks – executive, product development, marketing and delivery
Experience
* Proven experience in partnership management or business development roles.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
* Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* A strategic and proactive approach to developing new business partnerships
* Contacts and knowledge of the travel industry would be an advantage but other industry experience also considered
* Excellent networker with the ability to build relationships at all levels
* A solid understanding of content marketing
* A passion and enthusiasm for the travel industry
* Good balance of big picture and implementation rigour
* Exposure to sales and marketing funnels, online marketing and marketing analytics
* Willingness to embrace all aspects of working in a quickly evolving business, from managing day-to-day admin to pitching to global audiences
* Able to excel under pressure, with meticulous attention to detail
* Motivated by challenging targets

Pay: £30,000.00-£100,000.00 per year
