Bar and Restaurant Manager - Hotel Du Vin

Location: Exeter, Devon, United Kingdom

Job type: Full-time | 45 hours per week

Rate of pay: £31,500 plus tronc, plus generous company benefits, training & development

Employer: Frasers Hospitality (Hotel Du Vin, Malmaison, and Frasers brands)

Overview: Join to apply for the Bar and Restaurant Manager role. You will be responsible for the smooth running of the Bar, Bistro and Meetings operation. You will be a hands-on operator coaching and supporting your team to deliver to the highest standards whilst ensuring budgeted targets and KPIs are hit.

Who we are looking for: You will be experienced in running a branded restaurant operation and either stepping into a hotel career or already working within a hotel in a Restaurant or Bar Manager position seeking more responsibility.

Shift pattern: We are open 7 days a week, 365 days a year and full shift patterns and contracted hours can be discussed at interview. We are busier during evenings and weekends.

Training and progression: We offer nationally recognised apprenticeships alongside our brand training. We will help you be the difference between good and great guest experiences. There is potential for internal development and progression.
