The Role
As a Senior Cyber Security Analyst, you’ll be key to protecting our organisation against a range of cyber threats. Your responsibilities include investigating high-priority alerts, analysing logs and network traffic, monitoring security alarms, creating detection content, and responding to breaches. You will lead efforts to streamline processes, mentor junior analysts, and support digital forensics and security incident response. Staying updated with the latest cyber security tools and techniques is essential.
About You
You should have a background in cyber security analysis and a passion for IT. Experience with host intrusion detection analysis and a solid understanding of Windows and Linux operating systems are preferred. You need at least 6 months experience as a Cyber Security or SOC Analyst. Strong communication and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to work independently and collaboratively, are vital.
Training and Development
We support your growth through internal and external training, industry-recognised qualifications like SANS and CISSP, and opportunities to attend conferences. Travel opportunities are infrequent and not mandatory.
