Manage risk and safety through assessment, monitoring behaviour, deescalation, and ensuring compliance with statutory orders, house rules and occupancy agreements. Maintain accurate client records by fully utilising the Trusts Client File, managing medication in line with policy, and ensuring strict confidentiality. Promote participation and involvement by engaging clients in the life of the project, facilitating client meetings, supporting involvement, and managing complaints.
