Microsoft stack, user and systems support, 1st to 3rd line, tech company

This role would suit an IT Support Engineer with expertise supporting Microsoft 365, Intune, Autopilot, Windows Server, Active Directory, Veeam and MDM. Depth will range from 1st line user support and day-to-day troubleshooting to 3rd line diagnostics and root cause analysis.
Your CV will be indicative of your:
* Recently applied skills in 1st to 3rd line IT Support – sufficient to serve 100+ users as part of a team
* Expertise configuring, maintaining and troubleshooting relevant technologies for the enterprise
* Client and server machine build skills
* PowerShell scripting skills
* Experience with network configuration (routers, switches, firewalls)
* Appreciation for the differences in applying these skills within a technology company in a lasting role, rather than as an external support firm
To be considered, your application will also highlight your willingness to work full time in the office, ease of commute to/within Cambridgeshire, and full existing UK work permission without time-limit or sponsorship.
