£26-£26.50 Per Hr Depending On Experience

Main responsibilities

1. Assess all aspects of clients' care needs and provide health supervision and direct nursing care when required.
2. Assess social and health care needs of new clients and maintain ongoing assessments.
3. Ensure client care plans are completed in collaboration with clients, relatives, and healthcare professionals, following NMC guidelines and company policy.
4. Administer prescribed medicines and document according to procedures and NMC guidelines.
5. Practice integrity in dealings with clients' personal and financial affairs, avoiding abuse of the relationship.
6. Supervise and instruct junior and new staff, providing guidance as needed.
7. Attend mandatory training days or courses.
8. Establish and maintain good communication with clients, relatives, and the multidisciplinary team; provide administrative support when needed.
