Operations Specialist | London | Hybrid Working - 3 days in the office
Do you enjoy solving problems and working across teams? Want to build your skills in payments fintech while supporting the activation of new clients?
We are looking for a proactive and detail-driven Operations Specialist to join a fast-growing payments business.
You will play a key role in the onboarding and technical activation of new merchants, making sure everything runs smoothly from day one. This is a hands-on role involving technical troubleshooting, process improvement, and direct interaction with both internal teams and external partners.
In this role, you will:
* Own and manage the merchant activation process
* Configure systems and ensure accurate onboarding documentation
* Be the main point of contact during go-live
* Identify and suggest improvements to enhance merchant experience
* Support technical troubleshooting alongside Product and Tech teams
This is a hybrid role based in London (3 days a week in the office), with shift-based working to support merchants globally.
What you will bring:
* Experience in operations support of new merchants in the payments industry
* A keen interest in fintech and technology
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate with stakeholders
* Experience in SaaS or technical onboarding is a bonus
