Job Description
* Lead mechanical design of advanced rotating equipment and as well as complete assemblies and subcomponents.
* Provide technical leadership across project stages, engaging with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment with the requirements.
* Applied simulation, modelling, and dynamic test analysis to verify design integrity and functional performance.
* Supported diagnostics, fault investigations, and lifecycle assessments, delivering clear technical guidance and reports.
* Perform root cause analysis and provide solutions on failed machinery
Senior Mechanical Engineer
Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related discipline)
* Experience with designing a range of rotating equipment such as generator, motors or turbines
* Proficient in CAD (preferably SolidWorks)
* Extensive experience in mechanical design and the ability to perform FEA analysis for product failure purposes.
* Excellent problem-solving skills
* Demonstrates strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of mentoring and developing junior engineers
