About the Role
We are looking for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to work at an established manufacturing site in Loughborough. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the smooth operation of a busy, well invested production environment that values innovation, safety, and high performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain plant and facilities to ensure maximum operational efficiency.
* Minimise downtime through timely, safe, and effective maintenance practices.
* Provide engineering solutions and carry out cost effective repairs.
* Support production and maintenance teams in achieving performance, quality, and safety targets.
* Accurately record all maintenance work using the site’s CMM system.
* Promote continuous improvement and compliance with SHE (Safety, Health & Environmental) standards.
About You
* A time served apprenticeship and NVQ Level 3 qualification.
* Previous experience in a similar maintenance or engineering role.
* Strong fault finding skills, with up-to-date knowledge of 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
* Familiarity with TPM/PPM systems and Siemens / Allen Bradley controls.
* Good IT proficiency (Excel, Word, Access).
* A proactive, team-oriented approach to problem-solving and project delivery.
