The Role
We are looking for a Junior Designer to support the Head of Design across all aspects of the design and development process. Reporting directly to the Head of Design, this is a hands-on, full-process role with exposure from concept through to final product.
Key Responsibilities
• Support design and development of collections and product drops
• Create design concepts and research inspiration
• Develop graphics, prints, and visual assets
• Assist with tech packs, garment measurements, and fit adjustments
• Support sampling, fittings, and product refinement
• Work closely with manufacturers to ensure product accuracy
• Be involved across the full product lifecycle
Experience
• Experience in a fashion design role or internship
• Exposure to garment development and tech packs
• Menswear experience preferred (womenswear a bonus)
Skills & Attributes
• Strong understanding of garment construction and fit
• Confident using Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong eye for design and detail
• Ability to create graphics and visual elements
• Hands-on, organised, and eager to learn
