Electrical Quantity Surveyor - Coleraine - Permanent

A leading electrical infrastructure specialist is seeking an experienced Electrical Quantity Surveyor to join its expanding commercial team. The company is trusted in the delivery of power connections for complex projects across Renewables, Data Centres, and Utilities, with a proven track record in the design, build, and commissioning of critical power assets.

In this key role, the Electrical Quantity Surveyor will manage the commercial and financial aspects of electrical projects from tender through to final account. The successful candidate will ensure accurate cost control, valuations, variations, and reporting while working closely with project managers and clients.

About the role:
1. Up to £60,000 per annum
2. Monday to Friday

What you'll be doing in this role:
9. Prepare, submit, and negotiate tenders and cost estimates for electrical works
10. Manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost reporting
11. Measure and value works on site (including re-measures)
12. Handle applications for payment, valuations, and final accounts
13. Identify, price, and agree variations and change orders
14. Monitor subcontractor accounts and procurement
What you'll need for this role:
15. Degree in Quantity Surveying (BSc / BEng) or related discipline
16. Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the M&E sector
17. Strong knowledge of NEC or JCT contract frameworks
18. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
19. Excellent numerical and analytical skills
20. Proficient in cost reporting and commercial documentation
21. Strong communication and negotiation skills
