As Sales Director / General Manager, you'll take full responsibility for turnover, margin, operating costs and long-term growth strategy. This is full P&L ownership of a £9m+ standalone profit centre within a £1bn+ group.
Operating within a decentralised, entrepreneurial structure, you will have genuine authority to:
* Set and deliver growth strategy
* Own and drive the P&L
* Accelerate B2B sales performance
* Strengthen global supplier relationships
* Build and develop a high-performing team
* Optimise operations and governance

You're commercially sharp and ownership-led.
You likely bring:
* Proven experience owning and growing a P&L
* Strong B2B commercial leadership background
* Strategic thinking with operational grip
* Supplier negotiation experience at a senior level
* Track record of driving margin and revenue growth
* Experience leading and developing teams
