About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and ambitiousWarehouse Shift Managerto join our Chessington depot. This role will suit an experiencedSupervisor or Junior Managerwho is ready to take the next step in their career. You will play a key role in managing daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient routing, picking, and dispatch, while driving excellent customer service both internally and externally. The company specializes in the distribution of catering and hospitality equipment, such as beer lines, crockery and glassware.

During training, you will workMonday Friday, 10:30 19:00, before moving to your permanent shift pattern, which will be:

* Sunday:12:00 20:00
* Monday Thursday:14:00 22:00

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and motivate the warehouse team to meet company standards.
2. Manage and develop the Routing Controller to achieve operational goals.
3. Become a system expert (Merlin) and oversee daily routing, picking, and dispatching.
