Overview of the Role You will support quality engineering activities across production, helping to solve problems, improve processes, and maintain the high standards expected by automotive customers. This is a hands-on, learning-focused role where you can steadily build your knowledge of core quality tools, customer standards, and automotive quality systems. Key Responsibilities * Assist with investigations into quality issues and support structured problem solving. * Help collect and organise data for 8D reports, Control Plans, FMEAs, and PPAP activities. * Support internal audits and learn how to work within IATF 16949 quality requirements. * Work with production teams to ensure processes are followed consistently. * Help manage customer concerns, ensuring accurate information is captured and escalated. * Contribute to continuous improvement activities across the factory. * Learn from senior engineers and steadily build your technical capability. Experience Required * Experience in a manufacturing or quality-related role (automotive experience useful but not essential). * A positive, proactive attitude with a genuine interest in quality and problem solving. * Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to work. * Good communication skills and confidence working with people at all levels. * Willingness to learn IATF 16949 standards and automotive core tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, etc.). * Basic understanding of engineering drawings or quality documentation is beneficial
