Senior Territory Manager – Spinal Orthopaedics
We are partnered with a well-established and growing orthopaedic organisation seeking to appoint a Senior Territory Manager within its spinal division.
This position offers the opportunity to manage and further develop a strategically important territory, working closely with consultant spinal surgeons and key hospital stakeholders across both NHS and private healthcare settings.
Role Overview
The successful candidate will assume full responsibility for driving revenue growth, clinical adoption, and account development across an existing spinal portfolio. This role requires a high level of commercial discipline, clinical credibility, and the ability to operate effectively within complex hospital environments.
Key Responsibilities
* Full ownership of a defined spinal orthopaedics territory
* Development and execution of a comprehensive territory business plan
* Establishment and maintenance of strong relationships with consultant spinal surgeons and clinical teams
* Provision of high-level clinical and in-theatre support
* Management of key hospital accounts, including tender and procurement processes
* Identification and conversion of new business opportunities
* Achievement of agreed sales, growth, and performance objectives
Candidate Profile
* Demonstrable experience in spinal orthopaedics sales, including implants and related technologies
* Proven track record of consistent territory growth
* Strong clinical knowledge and confidence in operating theatre environments
* Experience managing complex NHS and private sector accounts
* Highly organised, analytical, and commercially focused
* Ability to work autonomously while contributing to wider organisational objectives
