Amazon’s Brand Innovation Lab is seeking a talented Conceptual Creative (Art Director) to craft unique campaigns for various brands across Europe. You will collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to create compelling customer experiences on and offline, pushing creative boundaries from concept to execution. This permanent role involves developing innovative, data-driven campaign concepts that translate client needs into engaging brand stories across multiple media channels, including video, UI designs, prototypes, and interactive campaigns. Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, PowerPoint, and Figma, with a strong portfolio showcasing award-winning campaigns that solve customer and advertiser challenges. The role demands strong conceptual, storytelling, presentation, and project management skills, along with digital media expertise and attention to detail.
Key responsibilities include:
* Conceptualize, design, and execute innovative ad campaigns for global brands.
* Collaborate with creative and strategic teams to develop customer-centric solutions.
* Lead campaigns independently from brief to launch, managing internal and external stakeholders.
* Present ideas effectively to clients and partners.
* Develop campaigns across various media, including film, print, digital, out-of-home, and social.
* Manage multiple projects within budget and deadlines.
* Innovate proactively to develop new products and ideas.
A typical day involves:
* Partnering with brands and agencies on innovative campaigns across sectors like automotive, finance, energy, and telecom.
* Designing brand experiences for Prime Video, Alexa, and other Amazon platforms.
* Presenting campaigns to clients and partners.
* Reviewing and refining work with teams to meet high creative standards.
* Driving proactive projects and initiatives.
About the team:
The Brand Innovation Lab creates unique campaigns for global advertisers using Amazon’s platforms like AR/VR, Alexa, Twitch, Prime Video, and more, reaching millions of customers worldwide.
Basic qualifications:
* Experience as a Conceptual Creative (Art Director) at agencies or in-house.
* Online portfolio demonstrating award-winning work, art direction, and design skills.
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, InVision, and understanding of UX design.
* Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills.
* Strong organizational and collaborative abilities.
* Data-driven mindset focused on measurable impact.
* Interest in innovation and technology.
* Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage ambiguity and multiple tasks.
Preferred qualifications:
