Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Electrical Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for managing the electrical scope on major M&E construction projects, ensuring delivery to the highest standards, on time and within budget. You will oversee the full project lifecycle and act as a key point of contact for clients, consultants, and subcontractors.

Manage electrical design, procurement, installation, and commissioning phases

Provide regular updates and progress reports to senior management and stakeholders
*
Coordinate with mechanical and civil teams to ensure integrated project delivery
*
Lead and mentor site-based electrical engineers and supervisors
*
Ensure compliance with health & safety standards, quality assurance procedures, and statutory regulations
*
Manage budgets, schedules, and risk mitigation plans
Skills & Experience Required:
*
Significant experience as a Senior Project Manager within an M&E contracting environment
*
Electrical engineering background with relevant qualifications (HND/Degree/NVQ Level 6 or above)
*
Proven track record delivering commercial M&E projects valued £15m–£20m+
*
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
*
Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and engineering teams across all project stages
