Investment Planning Manager 37 hours per week, based in Preston at our gorgeous dock-side offices 56,000.00 per annum What you will be doing in this role? As the Investment Planning Manager, you'll lead a small team that includes surveyors, a sustainability officer, and an administrator. Your mission is to develop both annual and long-term investment programs that will transform CGA s homes and environment. By diving into stock condition data, you'll craft costed plans, prepare detailed specifications and contract documents, and procure works in line with the latest regulations. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring CGA s assets meet the Decent Homes Standard and achieve sustainability targets, all while staying within the Business Plan's parameters. This role is part of the Asset Management Team, whose overall purpose is to ensure our tenants live in well-maintained and safe homes. Your contributions will make a tangible difference in the lives of our tenants! What we are looking for in you: You'll have a RICS or equivalent qualification, or be working towards it. You'll have proven experience in stock investment planning and successfully delivering major work programs. You'll possess a strong understanding of data collection methods, data analysis, and managing asset data systems. You'll have demonstrable experience in meeting the requirements of the Decent Homes Standard, HHSRS, and EPCs. You'll have a solid grasp of the legal and regulatory requirements related to the role. You'll have a proven track record in procuring major repair and component replacement contracts. It would be great if you also had: Experience of new technologies and initiatives in relation to sustainability and Carbon Net Zero. A Chartered Institute of Housing Qualification (Level 4 or above).
