Leadly is one of the UK's fastest-growing lead generation agencies — and right now, we're building the team that takes us to the next level. We need a key cog in the machine — someone to own our form infrastructure end-to-end and make sure nothing breaks.

Permanent salary £45,000 – £48,000 (DOE)
Day rate (contract) £300 – £400/day (DOE)

We're growing fast and we need someone who lives in the detail, owns the process, and makes sure our data, CRM, and reporting never fall apart. If you're the type who can't walk past a broken system without fixing it — you might be exactly who we're looking for.

What you'll own
* Build and maintain all forms — you own the form builder end-to-end. From first build to live logic, nothing ships without you.
* Understand the full impact — you see how every form affects CRM data, reporting pipelines, and conversion performance. You think in systems, not silos.
* Be the gatekeeper — no one makes changes to logic or data flows without your sign-off. You're the last line of defence on data quality.
* Provide a tight feedback loop — you feed intelligence from operations back into our product and dev teams. What you spot shapes how we build.
* Document everything properly — you leave things better than you found them, and the whole team understands how things work because of you.
You'll thrive here if you...
* Have hands-on experience with form builders and marketing tech — HubSpot, Typeform, Unbounce, or similar
* Understand CRM logic deeply — field mapping, data flows, and what happens when it all breaks
* Have genuinely owned something before — not just executed tasks, but been responsible for outcomes
* Are comfortable in fast-paced environments where things move quickly and you need to keep up
* Can work across technical and non-technical stakeholders without missing a beat
* Are based in Manchester and can hit the ground running fast
Bonus points for...
* Agency or startup background — you know what it means to work lean and move fast
* Reporting tools experience — GA4, Looker, or similar
* Exposure to product or dev workflows — you don't need to write code, but you should speak the language
* A background in RevOps, Marketing Ops, or Product Operations
