The opportunity
We are seeking professionals with a passion for data to join our established and growing Operations team where you will play a pivotal part in delivering reports and insight to support our strategic business goals.
As part of the Operations Performance Improvement team, you will be creating, delivering, and maintaining key management information using engaging visualisation to report on key performance metrics as well as generating insights and providing actionable recommendations to operations leaders.

Your new role
1. Gather, translate, and document business needs working closely with various insurance operations stakeholders.
2. Design and create visually compelling reports and dashboards using company standard tools.
3. Work closely with central data and MI team to deliver objectives in line with company standards and follow appropriate processes throughout the build Lifecyle.
4. Support and resolve data and report issues.
5. Prioritise workload and manage deadlines across BAU and project activities.
