The ideal candidate will provide personalised support to individuals with learning disabilities, helping them achieve greater independence and enhancing their quality of life. This role requires empathy, understanding, and a genuine commitment to making a difference in the lives of those we support.
Key Responsibilities: Provide tailored support to individuals with learning disabilities across a variety of settings, including their homes, communities, and residential facilities. Assist clients with daily living tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, and household activities. Encourage independence and promote a positive, supportive environment.
