Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will support the accounting department by performing various financial tasks, assisting with data entry, and contributing to financial analysis efforts. This role is essential in ensuring accurate financial reporting and maintaining efficient operations within the organization.
Duties
* Perform data entry tasks related to accounts payable and receivable.
* Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders regarding financial inquiries.
* Maintain organized documentation for all financial transactions.
* Setting up and recording payments.
* Posting invoices.
* Record keeping.
* Handling supplier queries and any other adhoc tasks as required.
* Inbox admin.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in accounting principles and practices.
* Experience with Sage 50.
* Strong analytical skills with a focus on financial analysis.
* Familiarity or experience is preferred.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Strong mathematical skills to ensure accuracy in calculations.

Salary is dependant on experience.
Looking for around 3 hours a day (preferably 11am - 2pm) to be completed.
16 hour contract.
