Senior Support Worker – Adult Enablement Unit, Bedford

We are looking for people with experience in managing individuals with complex needs such as personality disorders, learning disabilities, and psychosis.

Your role will involve overseeing a staff team and providing practical and emotional support to adults with various mental health conditions.
We are keen to hear from you if you currently work within the healthcare sector and have:
* An NVQ/QCF in Health and Social Care Level 3 or above, with a willingness to progress to Level 4.
* Broad experience managing individuals with complex needs such as personality disorders.
* A passion for quality care and motivation to make a difference.
* Good awareness of CQC legislation, updates, and best practices.
* Experience in quality assurance audits, spot checks, and preparing for CQC inspections.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Flexible working hours.
