What defines our Reception Manager?
You see every guest interaction as a chance to welcome, inspire, and elevate. You’ll lead agile teams across both hotels, ensuring seamless, personalised service. With warmth and clarity, you’ll foster team growth and champion exceptional guest experiences.
Your role will include:
* Leading from the front during busy periods, keeping energy high and flow smooth.
* Creating adaptable operational plans that work across both hotels.
* Ensuring every guest experience is thoughtful, informed, and unforgettable.
* Coaching teams to deliver excellence in service, billing, and systems.
* Driving recruitment, onboarding, and development with seasonal awareness.
* Collaborating with leadership to support wider business and people goals.
* Using feedback, data (including NPS), and team insights to fuel continuous improvement.
