Great East London pub on the ground floor, iconic and much-loved sports bar below. We've recently refurbished and launched the Shoreditch Arms on the site of Bar Kick, but rather than a total overhaul, the much-loved Bar Kick is still very much kicking downstairs. We're looking to add to our management team with a high-energy Assistant or Deputy Manager who loves great pubs, thrives in a sales and service focused environment, and likes to get their teeth into live sport and events. The Shoreditch Arms is a lively and atmospheric pub in the heart of Shoreditch serving delicious food, craft beers, wines & spirits. Join us for all the best live sport to enjoy an unmatched gameday experience at Bar Kick - our basement Mecca for sporting and gaming good times.
The Role
As Assistant Manager you will support the General Manager in all aspects of running the venue as if it were your own business.
Be business savvy and demonstrate great commercial understanding.
Your team will look up to you, it's essential to train, nurture and develop your staff to maintain incredibly high standards and customer satisfaction.
This role would also suit an aspiring Supervisor looking for their first Assistant Manager position as youwill be given the opportunity to train, personally develop and progress your career as the company continues to grow.

Must have minimum 1 years experience as a manager depending on the property being looked at
Solid communication and organisational skills, be approachable
