Real Estate Associate – High Performing Family Office – Market Leading Compensation and up to 100% Bonus, Colchester
We are exclusively working with a prestigious Family Office to hire a Real Estate Associate to support the management and development of their £1bn property portfolio.
This role reports to the Property Director and works closely with the Principal of the family office. You will assist in maintaining and managing a diverse property portfolio across the UK, Western Europe, and South America, including assets such as large estates, agricultural land, and residential units. Additionally, you will support ongoing development projects, liaising with construction heads, building consultants, and architects, including projects involving listed properties.
We seek a professional with experience in real estate. Candidates should have excellent academic credentials; additional relevant qualifications are a plus. Effective communication with stakeholders, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.
